Ascent CNB PLT is a private equity fund structured as a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) and managed by Ascent PEMC, a licensed Private Equity Management Corporation regulated by the Securities Commission Malaysia.

The fund is designed to bridge the capital gap for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Malaysia and the region, providing growth equity, strategic guidance, and operational expertise. With a target fund size of RM100 million, Ascent CNB PLT focuses on investing RM5 million – RM50 million per company across 8–15 high- potential businesses.
